How does Verify work?
Verify uses Google's Grounded AI to analyze screenshots and fact-check claims using credible sources from across the web. Grounded AI means all of it's responses are 'grounded' with sources of truth that it finds while searching the internet. To use it, simply trigger the iOS Shortcut with a screenshot and review the results. Learn more about Google's grounded search here .
What kind of data do you store about me?
We believe in a 'No Trace' privacy policy. We do not store your screenshots or link your fact-checking requests to your identity. The data is processed securely and not retained longer than necessary.
Can I trigger the shortcut in any other way?
You can trigger the shortcut using any of Apple's shortcut triggers.
Something is wrong with the app, what do I do?
Usually restarting the app fixes most issues, but if that doesn’t work, please reach out to info@scrappedapps.com for help.
